Once you’ve located your spaces it’s time for a more detailed planning. We will negotiate with Land Lord as well as handling the quite complex process to benchmark, select and contract local architects, lawyers, consultants and contractors, in order for you to get the best possible outcome of your project.

We will sit on your side of the table during the whole process and our work is always independent. We will not take commission for anyone’s work or consultancy. We will make sure you cut cost and margins from series of sub consultants and sub-contractors. The final project team will be customized to fulfill your needs.
